Progress so far…

October 28, 2012

First video is full dead lifts at 315 lbs,6 reps,4th set.

Second video is rack dead lifts at 345 lbs,3rd set

Both videos in weighing at 158 lbs and still trying to cut.

Last video is me prepping for my high carb day the day after,still kept my weight low and still haven’t had a cheat meal in 2 weeks,CLEAN EATING!

I’ve been using the blessing of proper diet and rest to help grow and stay lean. This week was 2 days lift, 3 off,2 days lift. I’ll change it up depending on how the body feels in the morning,stretching though has been a my staple in the morning after cardio,just to get the blood flowing,then a nice hot shower to freshen up.

Day 1 on new cutting diet

October 16, 2012

Yesterday was the first day of the new cutting diet. 1 day out of the week I have to go high carb,helps me keep my muscle gains and the rest of the week I stay low carb and eat a shit load of sweet potatoes,if course everything is all measured out for my 6 meals a day.

So far to this date I am on week three of my intermediate phase. I’m feeling much better pumps throughout my workouts, the workouts have been getting much more intense with a lot more weight added on. My diet has been pretty good for the most part,not 100% but up there. I add a lot more green veggies to the mix to keep myself full throughout the day and always drink at least a gallon of water a day.

I know my form is improper, it was a failure set and I probably should have done less weight.
