Week 3 of Intermediate phase

So far to this date I am on week three of my intermediate phase. I’m feeling much better pumps throughout my workouts, the workouts have been getting much more intense with a lot more weight added on. My diet has been pretty good for the most part,not 100% but up there. I add a lot more green veggies to the mix to keep myself full throughout the day and always drink at least a gallon of water a day.
