Weight loss journey 1/3/14

Sorry for not updating as frequently. I have been on a strict regiment of Keto dieting along with hard work at the gym and double cardio sessions. The result is that in 9 weeks I dropped 17 lbs & still cutting. Here are hopefully all my training results:

So far so good,the fat is melting off and abs are coming out,yet I still won’t be completely satisfied until I go washboard abs. AM cardio is a must for sure!
