Keto day 18

Slow and steady, patience will help me get through it all. My weight is fluctuating between 162 lbs an159 lbs, my last meal last night was 10 egg whites, but I’m guessing I ate them late, therefore holding onto some weight this morning. I went to a highly recommended store yesterday, lulu lemon in the mall. I bought 5 things there, 5 things and it ran me $412. They say you pay for what you get, in this case the quality d fit for all the clothing worked so damn well, plus I needed leggings or leg day.

Also I had to go get some veggies for my meals through out the day, such as broccoli and cauliflower. I found these awesome steamed veggies in a bag with ligh seasonings. Perfect for a side on all of my meal. 


I have a ton of winter clothes already, so I was hesitant at first to buy some new ones, but they’ll benefit me in the long run for sure. Today is back day so my meal prior to that will be cup o broccoli, 5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and almond butter. Sometimes I change the almond butter for strait up almonds but nuts in general have been making me break out, but also it could be from my preworkout drink. I’ll do some more digging and let you know. 

Side not I was walking in the mall and wondered so many things, so many questions, why people dress the way they do, wear the makeup in a different manner, yell at the op f their lungs for no reason. Always curious.
