Now we are back

April 20, 2017

We are back, back at the restaurant that is. After the trial period,it was in the family’s best interest to keep ther estaurant as a family runned restaurant. What did I do during those 2 weeks off? I worked as an Uber driver, tried to reach out to all my contacts for a job. A few people had put in a good word for me or moved my resume along, but it takes forever. Some people just gave false promises as i wastched time go by, and time to me, is the most valuable currency we all have. During that time I didn’t see my father, barely saw my mother, stayed with my wife and child for most of the day, to be honest, being with my baby and wife was the happiest time i’ve had in awhile and I tahnk God every day for it. My heart goes out to those who kept in contact when we left the restaurant, to those who did their best to help us, to those who offered kind words and comfort when we were down, those kind of friends will always be in our hearts.

I have seen from too many situations in the past, that if your not there to raise your children, give them a good home, teach them above all, then it’s just a plan for disaster. My dream would be to have 5-6 children, live in an open space, 2 Acre land with trees, maybe a small barn to raise live stock, an area to grow crops. I would have a job which would allow me to be with my kids on the weekends and at dinner during the weekdays. We would take small vacations or drives to random places, to learn about history, nature, people and so forth. To grow old with the women i love, my wife, be surrounded by our loved ones, to just sit on the porch ona rocking chair on a nice, cool summer afternoon and just soak in life, thank God for everything we have. That, my friends, is my dream, but to get there is first to be successful.

We are currently finding existing restaurants that are for sale or out of business, to of course build a Silk Road 2, problem is manpower on people we can trust and location. If anyone knows anything, please let me know in a private message!

Other than that, my family is doing well, eevryone thank God are in good health, I’m just planning now for a vacation to London, trying to put money aside for hopefully July. Thans Folks for taking the time out of your day to read this! Hope to see you all at the restaurant, now for some fun pictures/movies:

Batman the Human

February 17, 2014

Now before I begin I would like to say that I have gathered most of the information I am stating from comics, cartoons, movies, etc. as a huge Batman fan from a very young age I feel in a way somewhat qualified to write this little piece on Batman’s training/diet since he has to stay in too notch shape in order to protect Gotham or Earth with the JLA(Justice League of America).

As you can see in the above image, batman has been portrayed in the early 90’s as a fit, buff, ripped human who uses almost every muscle to fight villains. The main muscle which he is well known for is his brain, which is by far the most superior brain in DC history,or maybe even in Comic books in general. There may be some arguments that would stir based on that statement, names would be thrown in the ring such as Death Stroke(Slade Wilson) or maybe even Tony stark(Iron man). But from what I have read and seen, Death Stroke would always call Batman “Tactician” if I’m not mistaken, due to the amount of thinking Batman does for every situation that might occur. You can say Batman is a master at real life chess. On the other character,Tony Stark, I would say they are almost Carbon copies yet Tony is an alcoholic who just likes to self loath in pity in almost every story arc I’ve read until he finds a new meaning, then he just suits up and the suit does all the talking. But Tony feels like he had a purpose halfway through where is Batman felt like he had a purpose at a very early age. I am very excited to see what the production companies will do when they release the new TV series Gotham, where Bruce Wayne will be a youngster still learning, where I believe Alfred will teach him a huge chunk of what he knows now. The movies made it out that Bruce Wayne traveled the world and learned everything in 7 years, but based on the comics that was only half. Remember Alfred had taught him a lot since Alfred was once a British equivalent to a Navy Seal; you get a little story from him in the Dark Knight about his military days.
So in order for batman to be out and and about, kicking ass and fighting crime,he would need to have plenty of rest. To have an insanely sculpted physique means rest to grow, heal and proper nutrition to help. I would like to say Batman parks the bat mobile in the bat cave by 5:30 am,usually 10 minutes before sunrise, sleeps for a Heavy 6 hours straight and gets up at 11:30 for a protein/good carb filled breakfast. Lunch would always be at a public place, either the office or a restaurant to show off his billionaire status. He is so freagin rich that he would have his chefs make all his healthy meals fresh and with different herbs, spices to his liking. If he has pulled a muscle he would eat foods, veggies and fruits that would help health inflammation and help repair muscles. The third meal would consist of a pre workout meal, since Batman has to be fast with his body and mind he would workout fast I believe. Lift heavy, lots of drop sets, reps to the fullest,in the 12-16 range and always with free weights. He would incorporate HIIT to mimic types of situations he would get in like jumping from roof to roof or swinging from building to building. This would obviously be done in the Batcave and would take 45 min for himself then another 30 for simulated combat training. Again with the billionaire status and his mind,he came up with a specific type of combat dojo in the Batcave that would simulate real life, I’m guessing once Alfred got too old to train with Bruce Wayne, Bruce and Alfred came up with combat ready robots that are highly agile and function as killing machines like the Shaolin Robit from the 52 series in DC” alt=”20140217-174026.jpg” class=”alignnone size-full” />
Then he would take a 2-3 hour nap at an undisclosed location where a sleep mud tub would be available, exactly like the Ones from Wanted that helps repair the body insanely fast from any type of stress or damage.

Once Bruce Wayne is at home he would spend some time working on his senses, training them, meditate play insanely high level mind games. Then he would spend some time listening to the police radio frequency, browse the internet and social media for any hints and where abouts of villains who either escaped prison or plotting something. Of course Alfred is there to give him a protein packed meal with tons of healthy carbs and electrolytes to wash it all down as another pre workout meal. Then he’ll start his 12 hour shift 20 minutes before sundown of course and that’s where we actually see based on the comics, movies and cartoons what he does the best! Also he would pack another meal just in case but would sometimes forget to eat it due to the insane amount if stress he might be on on some nights.

Hope helps,a long time fans imagination kicking it in too hear to give you,the readers airtime insight of what Batman/Bruce Wayne's typical day may look like. Feel free to share if you like!

You deserve it

April 28, 2013

“You deserve it” very broad, very meaningful. This sentence can have two meanings, good and bad. For me,I always look at it in a bad sense. I am one to never gloat, never be consumed by pride or otherwise. I feel like anything bad that has happened to me is by my doing, karma if you will, has affected me more than once. God is punishing me now & will punish me in the next life for the things I have done in this life. I regret a lot of things, not praying as much or giving money to the poor amongst other things. Whenever I’m put in a bad situation it’s because I put myself there. Whenever I’m happy,I’m most content and silent. Whenever I’m upset or saddened I keep to myself and get the job done at hand. I worry too much about everything & do everything so that no one is sad, unhappy or frustrated & yet it never is enough. Oh what do we do in situations like these when we cannot make right for what was wronged, make someone happy who isn’t happy. Please only God for he is the Almighty & All knowing, he is the only judge & with his mercy can you find it in yourself to fight yourself to be a better, stronger you than before. What can we do in the face of those negative,Thank God that its his test to you, embrace it with peace and love. Embrace the situation that you have been placed in & follow the Hadiths & Holy Scriptures passed down to us. Yes the world changes everyday, people change everyday, society & culture wasn’t the same as it once was many years ago, but you are you and you are the same either this day or tomorrow. It’s up to you to allow these worldly situations & people just like you to change who you are. But remember, every human being just like you knows the difference between right and wrong & when you make your decision, make it for peace and love,in the name of God.

In my opinion, living simple, with no expectations is a way of riding yourself of unnecessary stress. Eat(diet),Pray,Love, workout

Thinking to myself…

December 22, 2012

Everyone always try’s to stay positive I assume. Try & be proper, try to live life based on their beliefs & tradition. Sometimes we just cave in & fall victim to stress. There’s always has to be a rock in a relationship & a down to earth person; a dreamer & a believer,a positive to a negative. But sometimes both positives or negatives are a good thing. What I’m really trying to get at is how people mask their emotions through actions that sometimes make no sense or sometimes unintentionally hurt others feelings. The question is what to do,how to act? Get to their level and retaliate? Take the Ghandi approach & try to keep the peace? What do you do when someone becomes so stubborn? Or what to do if someone is always forgiving you for the stupid mistakes you always do? Allah knows best

Nexus Galaxy review(Verizon)

December 30, 2011

So I bought the Verizon Nexus galaxy 1.5 days ago,I thought after watching the countless reviews that I would give t a shot so I did. Now I’ve had many Android devices,Motorola Atrix,HtC Evo,Nexus 1&2, Samsung Galaxy S,HTC Sensation & other ones I can’t think off the top of my head. So I like to say I know my shit when it comes to
Smartphones. I love the idea of Android, the widgets, specs, especially with Ice cream Sandwich that just came out. Great features with out a doubt but Android tends to stick to its roots since day one. I’ve realized that the camera indeed blows, which makes no sense because Samsung makes gret cameras on their phones.Nexus 1080p test video

So the quality isn’t up to par with other smart phones, let’s do a pros and cons list to make it easier for everyone:

-new android OS
-HD 720 super AMOLED screen
-dual core TI OMAP processor clocked at 1.2ghz
-realizable widgets
-very easy to hack
-very customizable
-light & thin
-Super bright screen
-editing options for while video recording
-1850 mAh battery

-Battery life sucked
-OS is fragmented, apps would crash half the time & would always ask to send a report
-Lag from apps to different screens to even home screen
-I might be wrong but the screen is not Gorilla Glass
-Camera is below par to other smart phones
-3G is slow
-4G isn’t everywhere

Today I started off with a healthy smoothie from smoothie king, just remember to ask them to not add any sugar and you easily knock out 150 calories. Freshly squeezed veggie/fruit juice for lunch. Then class & gym,man do I love to gym it. Shoulders & legs,4 sets each work out,12,10,8,7 reps for each, HEAVY, with jump roping 50 times fast in each set. Gotta keep the heart rate going, gotta keep it high. Then I came home to do some barefoot-like running on this beautiful fall day. This is the best part of fall, the beginning, leaves are slightly light brown, weather is brisk in the morning but bearable with a Tshirt during the day, also its pumpkin season,my favorite pie!
I Ran almost 2 miles, all together burned about 1430 calories. Then enjoyed a nice red lentil soup with low fat cottage cheese mixed with it. I would like to train someone,in the same way I’m training now, just to see how it would affect another persons body. For myself I am thinking about fasting again just to curb the appetite, let me know what you think.

On another note, i preordered the iPhone 4S for my wife today, hopefully it comes on time. Surprisingly the website to order the iPhone 4s hasn’t crashed, exciting.

I found these pictures while in the attic:

so i have been told numerous times to start a blog, to write down all my thoughts and ideas, to express how i feel, to give advice to those in seek of it. I pretty much love fitness, ask my wife, i go to the gym almost 7 days a week. I own/manage a small family runned restaurant in my home town, maybe you’ve heard of it. I’m pretty much open, thus creating a blog for everyone to read me like a book. No secrets, no mean or evil things, just conversation and ideas. Also please excuse my grammar if it isn’t on par with what you are used to while reading, auto correct can only help so much. Lets talk about Steve Jobs for a minute. Great man, had lots of ideas, very inspirational, was an orphan, was kicked out of his own company only to return a lot stronger. His speech given to the Stanford University Graduates is also very inspirational, check it out:

I will end with the start of my day, be happy, be humble, fight back & live life like its your last day.
