Now we are back

We are back, back at the restaurant that is. After the trial period,it was in the family’s best interest to keep ther estaurant as a family runned restaurant. What did I do during those 2 weeks off? I worked as an Uber driver, tried to reach out to all my contacts for a job. A few people had put in a good word for me or moved my resume along, but it takes forever. Some people just gave false promises as i wastched time go by, and time to me, is the most valuable currency we all have. During that time I didn’t see my father, barely saw my mother, stayed with my wife and child for most of the day, to be honest, being with my baby and wife was the happiest time i’ve had in awhile and I tahnk God every day for it. My heart goes out to those who kept in contact when we left the restaurant, to those who did their best to help us, to those who offered kind words and comfort when we were down, those kind of friends will always be in our hearts.

I have seen from too many situations in the past, that if your not there to raise your children, give them a good home, teach them above all, then it’s just a plan for disaster. My dream would be to have 5-6 children, live in an open space, 2 Acre land with trees, maybe a small barn to raise live stock, an area to grow crops. I would have a job which would allow me to be with my kids on the weekends and at dinner during the weekdays. We would take small vacations or drives to random places, to learn about history, nature, people and so forth. To grow old with the women i love, my wife, be surrounded by our loved ones, to just sit on the porch ona rocking chair on a nice, cool summer afternoon and just soak in life, thank God for everything we have. That, my friends, is my dream, but to get there is first to be successful.

We are currently finding existing restaurants that are for sale or out of business, to of course build a Silk Road 2, problem is manpower on people we can trust and location. If anyone knows anything, please let me know in a private message!

Other than that, my family is doing well, eevryone thank God are in good health, I’m just planning now for a vacation to London, trying to put money aside for hopefully July. Batman the Human

Now before I begin I would like to say that I have gathered most of the information I am stating from comics,cartoons,movies, etc. as a huge Batman fan from a very young age I feel in a way somewhat qualified to write this little piece on Batman’s training/diet since he has to stay in too notch shape in order to protect Gotham or Earth with the JLA(Justice League of America).

As you can see in the above image, batman has been portrayed in the early 90’s as a fit,buff, ripped human who uses almost every muscle to fight villains. The main muscle which he is well known for is his brain,which is by far the most superior brain in DC history,or maybe even in Comic books in general. There may be some arguments that would stir based on that statement,names would be thrown in the ring such as Death Stroke(Slade Wilson) or maybe even Tony stark(Iron man). But from what I have read and seen, Death Stroke would always call Batman “Tactician” if I’m not mistaken,due to the amount of thinking Batman does for every situation that might occur. You can say Batman is a master at real life chess. On the other character,Tony Stark, I would say they are almost Carbon copies yet Tony is an alcoholic who just likes to self loath in pity in almost every story arc I’ve read until he finds a new meaning,then he just suits up and the suit does all the talking. But Tony feels like he had a purpose halfway through where is Batman felt like he had a purpose at a very early age. I am very excited to see what the production companies will do when they release the new TV series Gotham, where Bruce Wayne will be a youngster still learning, where I believe Alfred will teach him a huge chunk of what he knows now. The movies made it out that Bruce Wayne traveled the world and learned everything in 7 years, but based on the comics that was only half. Remember Alfred had taught him a lot since Alfred was once a British equivalent to a Navy Seal; you get a little story from him in the Dark Knight about his military days.
So in order for batman to be out and and about,kicking ass and fighting crime,he would need to have plenty of rest. To have an insanely sculpted physique means rest to grow,heal and proper nutrition to help. I would like to say Batman parks the bat mobile in the bat cave by 5:30 am,usually 10 minutes before sunrise, sleeps for a Heavy 6 hours straight and gets up at 11:30 for a protein/good carb filled breakfast. Lunch would always be at a public place,either the office or a restaurant to show off his billionaire status. He is so freagin rich that he would have his chefs make all his healthy meals fresh and with different herbs,spices to his liking. If he has pulled a muscle he would eat foods,veggies and fruits that would help health inflammation and help repair muscles. The third meal would consist of a pre workout meal, since Batman has to be fast with his body and mind he would workout fast I believe. Lift heavy, lots of drop sets,reps to the fullest,in the 12-16 range and always with free weights. He would incorporate HIIT to mimic types of situations he would get in like jumping from roof to roof or swinging from building to building. This would obviously be done in the Batcave and would take 45 min for himself then another 30 for simulated combat training. Again with the billionaire status and his mind,he came up with a specific type of combat dojo in the Batcave that would simulate real life, I’m guessing once Alfred got too old to train with Bruce Wayne, Bruce and Alfred came up with combat ready robots that are highly agile and function as killing machines like the Shaolin Robit from the 52 series in DC Universe:morefrommoose.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/20140217-174026.jpg” alt=”20140217-174026.jpg” class=”alignnone size-full” />
Then he would take a 2-3 hour nap at an undisclosed location where a sleep mud tub would be available, exactly like the Ones from Wanted that helps repair the body insanely fast from any type of stress or damage.

Once Bruce Wayne is at home he would spend some time working on his senses,training them,meditate play insanely high level mind games. Then he would spend some time listening to the police radio frequency,browse the internet and social media for any hints and where abouts of villains who either escaped prison or plotting something. Of course Alfred is there to give him a protein packed meal with tons of healthy carbs and electrolytes to wash it all down as another pre workout meal. Then he’ll start his 12 hour shift 20 minutes before sundown of course and that’s where we actually see based on the comics,movies and cartoons what he does the best! Also he would pack another meal just in case but would sometimes forget to eat it due to the insane amount if stress he might be on on some nights.

I know my form is improper, it was a failure set and I probably should have done less weight.

So for the last 4 weeks I have been maintaining my Mass gaining diet as well as keeping myself hydrated. I just recently switched off of Cellucors C4 pre workout and started taking Animal Pump and Animal M-Stack for my pre workouts. So far it’ll be the third day and I haven’t felt so much focus on my workouts before,feeling a whole lot sorer as well. From what I could read and from other people,M-Stack helps get the nutrients to the muscles faster so that you can build muscles and not worry if the food your eating is getting to them. My current weight is 159 lbs,my goal is 165 lbs. I am in the process now of starting phase 1,Intermediate & hopefully see what gains I can benefit from.

The iPhone 5 was announced yesterday,you can count on me to buy that up! I’m thinking of switching from AT&T over to Verizon. I switched my AT&T iPad 3 to Verizon because I feel that Verizon has a better advantage with signal and LTE here in Jersey,why not the same for their phones.
This was my dinner today:

20120913-171851.jpg grilled asparagus with the olive oil I usually ingest during the day,topped with Cajun seasoning,very simple. Then 4 ounces of lean Beef & 2 slices of Ezekiel bread. Already pumped for the gym tonight! Doing back so I have to make sure it’s done properly.

Day after cheat meal #2

First I would like to say RIP for those who have fallen on 9/11 & my heart an prayers goes out to all the families who have lost a loved on in that very sad day.

My cheat meal consisted of 4 Stuffed shells,4 raviolis, 2 Bruschetta’s,chocolate chip pie with vanilla ice cream on top. The next morning I weighed in at 159,not bad for a cheat meal gain. I’m usually 156,tonight I’m doing legs and some type of cardio so hopefully tomorrow I burn everything. Plus my diet has been spot on for the last 3 weeks, lots of carbs and protein.

I have to break some new records now since I’m on the new mass gaining diet,I feel like I was stronger and was pushing it more when I was cutting weight,but remember,I use to workout at 3pm almost everyday. Now I go to the gym after my 10 hour shift every other night,on the days I don’t lift I try and get some cardio in but that means I need to wake up at the butt crack of dawn since the best time for cardio for me is right when I wake up. Plus since I moved literally 2 minutes by foot near a popular gym,I shouldn’t have any excuse going for just a 30 minute cardio session or even a damn spin class. Recently on my off days I try and sleep by 10:30,11 the latest. Maybe I’ll have to experiment with Melitonin since the last time I took it it made my sleep a lot more satisfying,it made me want to get up when my alarm went off.
